Customization process
Customization is done in a few simple steps:
- Choose the customization options you want.
- Indicate the desired quantity.
- Add the items to your order.
Once your order has been validated, our sales team will contact you shortly to present the models and launch production of your personalized pouches.

File to be delivered
We use Adobe CS 5.5 and accept the following file formats: PDF, EPS, AI, JPG and PSD.
Cutting format
Your file size should match the actual size of the cover, adding 2mm bleed all around, for a total of 98 x 154mm.
Preparing the images
Resolution : 300 dpi in CMYK mode.
Spot colors : Avoid using them unless there is a special offer.
Files : We prefer to receive a file without templates or cutting lines.
Fonts : Please provide all necessary fonts if any intervention in your file is required.
Mandatory information
The condom is a medical device subject to specific obligations. The following information must be clearly indicated:
- The acronym “CE”
- Manufacturer's address
- Mention of content
- The warnings
- The lot number
- The validity date
These notices must be printed in a visible and legible manner in the green frame indicated on the template. Their location may vary depending on your creation or the number of languages chosen. A flat color in the background is acceptable.
Number of languages
Adapt the languages used according to those understood by your target group and the official regulations of the country of broadcasting. For example, in France, only the French language is mandatory. In Switzerland, where several official languages coexist, it is recommended to use three languages: French, German and Italian. In this case, the surface area reserved for legal notices will be larger.
Back or inside of the cover
The inside of the cover is dedicated to printing the instructions for use, which is mandatory. Printing must be done in a single black color, unless there is a special offer. This space is customizable, but subject to several restrictions. We recommend that you only include a title or very brief text. A background is also possible. Do not hesitate to contact us to find out the available surface.

Condom customization
Customization of condoms is possible only on those of our Condomz brand, designed with a white side dedicated to this use. This option allows organizations wishing to raise awareness with condoms in their image to benefit from quality products, compliant with the strict European standards applicable to parapharmaceutical products .
