Condomz condoms are CE-marked medical devices, placed on the market in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on medical devices (MDR).

As a professional client, we remind you that these products cannot be repackaged or removed from their original secondary packaging (box) for resale or integration into a commercialized kit, without complying with the applicable regulatory obligations.

Removing condoms from their original packaging may lead to:

• the loss or absence of mandatory information (instructions, warnings, storage conditions),
  
• a risk of traceability alteration (lot number, expiry date),
  
• a modification of the market presentation that may fall under the provisions of Articles 16 and 22 of the MDR.
  

Any repackaging or kitting must be supervised in accordance with European regulations and may result in the operator concerned incurring responsibilities similar to those of a manufacturer.
